(وَأَخْذُ الْخَرَاجِ مِنْ) الْأَرْضِ (الْعُشْرِيَّةِ ظُلْمٌ) إجْمَاعًا، لِدُخُولِهِ فِي إقْطَاعِ الْإِمَامِ لِمَا رَأَى فِيهِ مِنْ الْمَصْلَحَةِ،
