مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(إنْ ذَهِلَ عَنْهَا أَوْ غَرُبَتْ عَنْ خَاطِرِهِ) ، فَلَا يُؤَثِّرْ ذَلِكَ فِي الطَّهَارَةِ كَمَا لَا يُؤَثِّرْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَمَحَلُّهُ: إنْ لَمْ يَنْوِ بِالْغُسْلِ نَحْوَ تَنْظِيفٍ أَوْ تَبَرُّدٍ كَمَا ذَكَرَهُ الْمَجْدُ.
