(وَلَا يُضَمُّ جِنْسٌ إلَى آخَرَ مُطْلَقًا) سَوَاءٌ قَارَبَهُ كَقَارٍ وَنَفْطٍ وَحَدِيدٍ وَنُحَاسٍ، أَوْ لَا كَحُبُوبٍ وَغَيْرِهَا (غَيْرَ نَقْدٍ) ، أَيْ: ذَهَبٍ وَفِضَّةٍ (فِي تَكْمِيلِ نِصَابِ غَيْرِهِ)
