وَوَاجِدُهَا في مَمْلُوكَةٍ أَحَقُّ مِنْ مَالِكِ، وَرَبُّهَا أَحَقُّ بِرِكَازٍ، وَلُقَطَةٍ من وَاجِدٍ مُتَعَدٍّ بِدُخُولِهِ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَوَاجِدُهَا) ، أَيْ: اللُّقَطَةِ (فِي) أَرْضٍ (مَمْلُوكَةٍ أَحَقُّ) بِهَا (مِنْ مَالِكِ) أَرْضٍ، فَيُعَرِّفُهَا ثُمَّ يَمْلِكُهَا (وَرَبُّهَا) ، أَيْ: الْأَرْضِ الْمَمْلُوكَةِ (أَحَقُّ بِرِكَازٍ وَلُقَطَةٍ) بِهَا (مِنْ وَاجِدٍ مُتَعَدٍّ بِدُخُولِهِ) فِيهَا
