وَالنِّيَّةُ هُنَا: قَصْدُ رَفْعِ حَدَثٍ، وَلَا يَضُرُّ تَشْرِيكٌ أَوْ استْبِاحَةِ مَا تَجِبُ لَهُ طَهَارَةٌ أَو تُسَنُّ،

(وَالنِّيَّةُ هُنَا) - أَيْ فِي الطَّهَارَةِ - (قَصْدُ رَفْعِ حَدَثٍ) بِاسْتِعْمَالِ الْمَاءِ، (وَلَا يَضُرُّ) مَعَ قَصْدِهِ رَفْعَ الْحَدَثِ (تَشْرِيكُ) نِيَّةِ تَبَرُّدٍ (أَوْ) قَصْدُ (اسْتِبَاحَةِ مَاءٍ) أَيْ: فِعْلٌ (يَجِبُ لَهُ طَهَارَةٌ) كَصَلَاةٍ، (أَوْ تُسَنُّ لَهُ) الطَّهَارَةُ كَقِرَاءَةٍ.
