(وَلَا يَضْمَنُ) وَكِيلٌ (إنْ أَدَّى دَيْنًا) عَنْ مُوَكِّلِهِ (بَعْدَ أَدَاءِ مُوَكِّلِهِ وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ) الْوَكِيلُ بِأَدَاءِ مُوَكِّلِهِ، لِأَنَّ مُوَكِّلَهُ غَرَّهُ، وَلَمْ يَتَحَقَّقْ هُنَا التَّفْوِيتُ
