(وَلَا تَسْقُطُ) الْفِطْرَةُ (بَعْدَ وُجُوبِهَا) وَهُوَ غُرُوبُ شَمْسِ آخِرِ يَوْمٍ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ (بِمَوْتٍ وَلَا غَيْرِهِ) كَعِتْقِ عَبْدٍ أَوْ بَيْعِهِ، وَإِبَانَةِ زَوْجَةٍ لِاسْتِقْرَارِهَا.
