مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ: لَا) يُسَنُّ إخْرَاجُ الْفِطْرَةِ (مِنْ مَالِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْجَنِينِ بَلْ لَا يَجُوزُ لِأَنَّ الْمَطْلُوبَ تَنْمِيَتُهُ لَهُ، وَالْإِخْرَاجُ مِنْهُ يُنَافِيهَا وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ،
