(وَمَنْ عَجَزَ مِنْهُمْ) ، أَيْ: الْمُلَّاكِ وَالْوَارِثِ (لَمْ يَلْزَمْ الْآخَرَ) الَّذِي لَمْ يَعْجَزْ (سِوَى قِسْطِهِ) مِنْ فِطْرَةٍ (كَشَرِيكٍ ذِمِّيٍّ) فِي مَالٍ زَكَوِيٍّ
