(وَلَا يَرْجِعَانِ) ، أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةُ وَالسَّيِّدُ (بِهَا) ، أَيْ: الْفِطْرَةُ (عَلَى زَوْجٍ أَيْسَرَ) ، لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ وَجَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ قَبْلُ، لِعَدَمِ أَهْلِيَّتِهِ لِلتَّحَمُّلِ وَالْمُوَاسَاةِ.
