(وَتُجْزِئُ) عَنْهُ وَلَوْ أَخْرَجَهَا (بِلَا إذْنِهِ) ، أَيْ: إذْنِ مَنْ تَلْزَمُهُ فِطْرَتُهُ، لِأَنَّهُ مُتَحَمِّلٌ، وَالْمُخَاطَبُ بِهَا ابْتِدَاءً الْمُخْرِجُ.
