(وَيَجْعَلُ أَوَّلُ حَوْلِ مَاشِيَةٍ الْمُحَرَّمَ) ، لِأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ السَّنَةِ (وَتَوَقَّفَ) الْإِمَامُ (أَحْمَدُ) فِي ذَلِكَ (وَمَيْلُهُ لِرَمَضَانَ) لِتَضَاعُفِ الْحَسَنَاتِ فِي الزَّمَانِ الْفَاضِلِ.
