(وَإِنْ مَاتَ مُعَجِّلُ) زَكَاةٍ (أَوْ ارْتَدَّ أَوْ تَلِفَ النِّصَابُ) الْمُعَجَّلُ زَكَاتُهُ، (أَوْ نَقَصَ) قَبْلَ الْحَوْلِ، (فَقَدْ بَانَ الْمُخْرَجُ غَيْرَ زَكَاةٍ) لِانْقِطَاعِ الْوُجُوبِ بِذَلِكَ،
