مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(أَوْ) نَوَى بِطَهَارَتِهِ تَخْصِيصَ اسْتِبَاحَةِ (صَلَاةٍ بِعَيْنِهَا) كَالظُّهْرِ مَثَلًا عَلَى أَنْ (لَا يَسْتَبِيحَ غَيْرَهَا) ارْتَفَعَ حَدَثُهُ و (لَغَا تَخْصِيصُهُ) فَيُصَلِّي بِتِلْكَ الطَّهَارَةِ مَا شَاءَ مِنْ فُرُوضٍ وَنَوَافِلَ، لِأَنَّ مِنْ لَازِمِ رَفْعِ الْحَدَثِ اسْتِبَاحَةَ جَمِيعِ الصَّلَوَاتِ.
