(لِغَيْرِ مَصْلَحَةٍ لَا يَصِحُّ) بَيْعُهُ شَيْئًا مِنْهَا، (وَيَضْمَنُ) إنْ بَاعَ شَيْئًا بِمِثْلِ مِثْلِيٍّ وَقِيمَةِ مُتَقَوِّمٍ.
