مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَا أَعْتَقَ إمَامٌ أَوْ سَاعٍ مِنْهَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّكَاةِ (فَوَلَاؤُهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ) لِأَنَّهُ نَائِبُهُمْ، وَمَا أَعْتَقَهُ رَبُّ الْمَالِ فَوَلَاؤُهُ لَهُ.
