وَكُرِهَ لِمَنْ لَا صَبْرَ أَو عَادَةً لَهُ عَلَى الضَّيقِ أَنْ يَنْقُصَ نَفْسَهُ عَنْ الْكِفَايَةِ التَّامَّةِ،

(وَكُرِهَ لِمَنْ لَا صَبْرَ) لَهُ عَلَى الضِّيقِ (أَوْ لَا عَادَةَ) لَهُ (عَلَى الضِّيقِ أَنْ يَنْقُصَ نَفْسَهُ عَنْ الْكِفَايَةِ التَّامَّةِ) نَصًّا، لِأَنَّهُ نَوْعُ إضْرَارٍ بِهِ، وَعُلِمَ مِنْهُ أَنَّ الْفَقِيرَ لَا يَقْتَرِضُ لِيَتَصَدَّقَ.
