مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُجْزِئُ) صَوْمُ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ (إنْ ظَهَرَ أَنَّهُ مِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: رَمَضَانَ، بِأَنْ ثَبَتَتْ رُؤْيَتُهُ بِمَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ، لِأَنَّ صَوْمَهُ قَدْ وُضِعَ بِنِيَّةِ رَمَضَانَ لِمُسْتَنَدٍ شَرْعِيٍّ، أَشْبَهَ الصَّوْمَ لِلرُّؤْيَةِ.
