(لَا) تَثْبُتُ (بَقِيَّةُ الْأَحْكَامِ مِنْ حُلُولِ أَجَلٍ وَوُقُوعِ) نَحْوِ طَلَاقٍ أَوْ عِتْقٍ (مُعَلَّقٍ) بِدُخُولِ رَمَضَانَ، (وَانْقِضَاءِ عِدَّةٍ) ، وَمُدَّةِ إيلَاءٍ عَمَلًا بِالْأَصْلِ، خُولِفَ لِلنَّصِّ، وَاحْتِيَاطًا لِعِبَادَةٍ عَامَّةٍ.
