(وَإِنْ عَلِمَ مُسَافِرٌ) بِرَمَضَانَ (أَنَّهُ يَقْدَمُ غَدًا) بَلَدَ قَصْدِهِ (لَزِمَهُ الصَّوْمُ) نَصًّا، كَمَنْ نَذَرَ صَوْمَ يَوْمَ يَقْدَمُ فُلَانٌ، وَعَلِمَ يَوْمَ قُدُومِهِ، فَيَنْوِيهِ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ،
