فَلَو غُمَّ لِشَعْبَانَ، وَرَمَضْانَ، وَجَبَ تَقْدِيرُ رَجَبٍ وَشَعْبَانَ نَاقِصَينِ، فَلَا يُفْطِرُوا قَبْل اثْنَينِ وَثلَاثِينَ بِلَا رُؤْيَةٍ،

(فَلَوْ غُمَّ) الْهِلَالُ (لِشَعْبَانَ، وَ) غُمَّ أَيْضًا لِ (رَمَضَانَ، وَجَبَ تَقْدِيرُ رَجَبٍ، وَ) تَقْدِيرُ (شَعْبَانَ نَاقِصَيْنِ) احْتِيَاطًا، لِوُجُوبِ الصَّوْمِ (فَلَا يُفْطِرُوا قَبْلَ اثْنَيْنِ وَثَلَاثِينَ) يَوْمًا (بِلَا رُؤْيَةٍ) ، لِأَنَّ الصَّوْمَ إنَّمَا كَانَ احْتِيَاطًا، وَالْأَصْلُ بَقَاءُ رَمَضَانَ
