لَا مَنْ لَمْ يَتَضَرَّرْ بِهِ، كَمَنْ بِهِ جَرَبٌ أَوْ وَجَعُ ضِرْسٍ أَوْ أُصْبُعٍ أَوْ دُمَّلٍ وَنَحْوهُ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا) يُبَاحُ فِطْرٌ (لِمَنْ) أَيْ: مَرِيضٍ (لَمْ يَتَضَرَّرُ بِهِ) أَيْ: الصَّوْمِ (كَمَنْ بِهِ جَرَبٌ أَوْ وَجَعُ ضِرْسٍ أَوْ أُصْبُعٍ أَوْ دُمَّلٌ وَنَحْوُهُ) ، قِيلَ لِأَحْمَدَ: مَتَى يُفْطِرُ الْمَرِيضُ؟ قَالَ: إذَا لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ، قِيلَ: مِثْلُ الْحُمَّى؟ قَالَ: وَأَيُّ مَرَضٍ أَشَدُّ مِنْ الْحُمَّى؟
