مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَجِبُ فِطْرٌ عَلَى مَنْ احْتَاجَهُ) أَيْ: الْفِطْرَ (لِإِنْقَاذِ آدَمِيٍّ مَعْصُومٍ مِنْ مَهْلَكَةٍ كَغَرَقٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يُمْكِنُهُ تَدَارُكُ الصَّوْمِ بِالْقَضَاءِ، بِخِلَافِ الْغَرِيقِ وَنَحْوِهِ.
