(وَيَتَّجِهُ كَآدَمِيٍّ) فِي وُجُوبِ إنْقَاذِهِ، وَوُجُوبِ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى مُضْطَرٍّ إلَيْهِ لِإِنْقَاذِ (حَيَوَانٍ مُحْتَرِمٍ) تَخْلِيصًا لَهُ مِنْ الْمَهْلَكَةِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
