أَوْ أَكَلَ وَنَحْوَهُ ظَانًّا غُرُوبَ شَمْسٍ، وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ الْحَال،

(أَوْ أَكَلَ وَنَحْوَهُ ظَانًّا غُرُوبَ شَمْسٍ، وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ الْحَالَ) ، لَمْ يَفْسُدْ صَوْمُهُ، فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُوجَدْ يَقِينٌ يُزِيلَ ذَلِكَ الظَّنَّ، كَمَا لَوْ صَلَّى بِالِاجْتِهَادِ، ثُمَّ شَكَّ فِي الْإِصَابَةِ بَعْدَ صَلَاتِهِ
