(فَلَوْ لَمْ يَغْتَسِلْ مُطْلَقًا) لَا قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ وَلَا بَعْدَهُ، (صَحَّ صَوْمُهُ، وَأَثِمَ مِنْ حَيْثُ) تَأْخِيرُ. (الصَّلَاةِ) عَنْ وَقْتِهَا.
