(وَتَدْفَعُهُ) الْمُكْرَهَةُ، زَوْجَةً كَانَتْ أَوْ أَمَةً، (بِالْأَسْهَلِ، فَالْأَسْهَلِ، وَلَوْ أَدَّى) ذَلِكَ (لِقَتْلِهِ) كَالْمَارِّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ الْمُصَلِّي، ذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ عَقِيلٍ، وَاقْتَصَرَ عَلَيْهِ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ ".
