(وَلَوْ حَاضَتْ) الْمَرْأَةُ وَهِيَ مُجَامَعَةٌ، (فَنَزَعَ) فِي الْحَالِ، (لَزِمَتْهُ) الْكَفَّارَةُ؛ لِأَنَّ النَّزْعَ جِمَاعٌ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
