(وَهِيَ) ، أَيْ: كَفَّارَةُ وَطْءِ نَهَارٍ: (عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ) مُؤْمِنَةٍ سَلِيمَةٍ عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي فِي الظِّهَارِ، (فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ) الرَّقَبَةَ، أَوْ وَجَدَهَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا ثَمَنَ مَعَهُ، (فَصِيَامُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ) لِلْخَبَرِ،
