(فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ) مَا يُطْعِمُهُ لِلْمَسَاكِينِ، (سَقَطَتْ، كَكَفَّارَةِ حَيْضٍ وَفِطْرَةٍ) ، لِظَاهِرِ الْخَبَرِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُطْعِمَهُ أَهْلَهُ، وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ بِكَفَّارَةٍ أُخْرَى، وَلَا بَيَّنَ لَهُ بَقَاءَهَا فِي ذِمَّتِهِ،
