(وَإِذَا غَابَ حَاجِبُهَا) ، أَيْ: حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ (الْأَعْلَى أَفْطَرَ الصَّائِمُ حُكْمًا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَطْعَمْ) ، أَيْ: يَأْكُلْ أَوْ يَشْرَبْ،
