مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ فَاتَهُ) صَوْمُ (رَمَضَانَ) كُلِّهِ تَامًّا كَانَ أَوْ نَاقِصًا؛ لِعُذْرٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ، كَالْأَسِيرِ وَالْمَطْمُورِ وَغَيْرِهِمَا، (قَضَى عَدَدَ أَيَّامِهِ) ، سَوَاءٌ ابْتَدَأَهُ مِنْ أَوَّلِ الشَّهْرِ، أَوْ مِنْ أَثْنَائِهِ، كَأَعْدَادِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْفَائِتَةِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْقَضَاءَ يَجِبُ أَنْ يَكُونَ بِعَدَدِ مَا فَاتَهُ.
