(وَيُقَدِّمُ) - قَضَاءَ رَمَضَانَ (وُجُوبًا عَلَى) صَوْمِ (نَذْرٍ لَا يَخَافُ فَوْتَهُ) ؛ لِاتِّسَاعِ وَقْتِهِ؛ لِتَأَكُّدِ الْقَضَاءِ؛ لِوُجُوبِهِ بِأَصْلِ الشَّرْعِ،
