وَيَتَّجِهُ احْتِمَالٌ: كَذَا قَبْلَ وَاجِبٍ نَحْو نَذْرٍ وَكَفَّارَةٍ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ) بِ (احْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ: (وَكَذَا) يَحْرُمُ ابْتِدَاءُ تَطَوُّعٍ (قَبْلَ) صَوْمٍ (وَاجِبٍ نَحْوِ نَذْرٍ وَكَفَّارَةٍ) ،

وَلَا يَصِحُّ التَّطَوُّعُ؛ لِاحْتِمَالِ انْقِضَاءِ أَجَلِهِ فِي مُدَّةِ اشْتِغَالِهِ فِي التَّطَوُّعِ، فَيَمُوتُ مَشْغُولَ الذِّمَّةِ، فَلِذَلِكَ مُنِعَ مِنْهُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
