مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) الْأَقْطَعُ (مِنْ دُونِهِمَا) ، أَيْ: دُونَ مَفْصِلِ مِرْفَقٍ وَكَعْبٍ، يَغْسِلُ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ مَحَلِّ فَرْضٍ لِقَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «إذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِأَمْرٍ فَأْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.
