وَلَا يُجْزِئُهُ اعتِكَافُ زَوجَةٍ وَقِنٍّ بِلَا إِذْنِ زَوجٍ فِي صَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ ونحوهِ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يُجْزِئُهُ) ، أَيْ: مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْتَكِفَ صَائِمًا أَوْ بِصَوْمٍ (اعْتِكَافٌ فِي صَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ وَنَحْوِهِ) ، كَاعْتِكَافِهِ فِي صَوْمِ كَفَّارَةٍ، إذْ لَا يُجْزِئُ الصَّوْمُ عَنْ وَاجِبَيْنِ.
