(وَيَتَّجِهُ) ب (احْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ: (وَلَا يُكَفِّرُ) مَنْ نَذَرَ اعْتِكَافًا أَوْ صَلَاةً فِي مَسْجِدٍ، ثُمَّ فَعَلَ مَا نَذَرَهُ فِي مَسْجِدٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ، (لِفَوَاتِ الْمَحَلِّ، لِأَنَّهُ) عَدَلَ عَمَّا عَيَّنَهُ (لِغَرَضٍ) صَحِيحٍ (وَهُوَ الْأَفْضَلِيَّةُ) ، وَهِيَ مَطْلُوبَةٌ شَرْعًا.
