(وَلَا تَدْخُلُ لَيْلَةُ يَوْمَ نَذَرَ) اعْتِكَافَهُ، لِأَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ مِنْهُ، قَالَ الْخَلِيلُ: الْيَوْمُ: اسْمٌ لِمَا بَيْنَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ وَغُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ، (ك) مَا لَا يَدْخُلُ (يَوْمٌ لَيْلَةً) نَذَرَ اعْتِكَافَهَا فِيهَا، لِأَنَّ الْيَوْمَ لَيْسَ مِنْ اللَّيْلَةِ،
