(وَلَا يَأْكُلُ أَوْ يَشْرَبُ بِبَيْتِهِ) عَلَى الْمَذْهَبِ، (أَوْ) ، أَيْ: وَلَا. يَأْكُلُ فِي (سُوقٍ) ، لِعَدَمِ الْحَاجَةِ، لِإِبَاحَةِ ذَلِكَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، وَلَا نَقْصَ فِيهِ.
