وَلَهُ الْمَشْيُ إذَا خَرَجَ عَلَى عَادَتِهِ، وَقَصْدُ بَيتِهِ إنْ لَم يَجِدُ مَكَانًا يَلِيقُ بِهِ بِلَا ضَرَرٍ، وَلَا مِنَّةٍ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُعْتَكِفِ (الْمَشْيُ إذَا خَرَجَ) لِمَا لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ (عَلَى عَادَتِهِ) ، فَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ مُخَالَفَتُهَا فِي سُرْعَةٍ، (وَ) لَهُ (قَصْدُ بَيْتِهِ إنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ مَكَانًا يَلِيقُ بِهِ بِلَا ضَرَرٍ وَلَا مِنَّةٍ) ، كَسِقَايَةٍ لَا يَحْتَشِمُ مِثْلُهُ مِنْهَا، وَلَا نَقْصٍ عَلَيْهِ.
