(مِنْ نَجَاسَةٍ بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَسْجِدِ، (أَوْ فِي هَوَائِهِ) ، مُعْتَكِفًا كَانَ الْغَاسِلُ أَوْ لَا، (كَبَوْلٍ وَفَصْدٍ وَحِجَامَةٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُبْنَ لِذَلِكَ، فَوَجَبَ صِيَانَتُهُ عَنْهُ، وَهَوَاؤُهُ كَقَرَارِهِ.
