(وَيَجِبُ) عَلَى مُعْتَكِفٍ (فِي) اعْتِكَافٍ (وَاجِبٍ) خَرَجَ لِعُذْرٍ يُبِيحُهُ (رُجُوعٌ) إلَى مُعْتَكَفِهِ (بِزَوَالِ عُذْرٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ الْحُكْمُ يَدُورُ مَعَ عِلَّتِهِ، (فَإِنْ أَخَّرَ) رُجُوعَهُ إلَى مُعْتَكَفِهِ (عَنْ وَقْتِ إمْكَانِهِ) ، أَيْ: إمْكَانِ الرُّجُوعِ،
