وَأُشِيرَ إلَى الْحَالِ الثَّانِيَةِ بِقَوْلِهِ: (وَفِي نَذْرٍ مُعَيَّنٍ) كَمَا لَوْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْتَكِفَ شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ فِي سَنَةِ كَذَا مَثَلًا، (يَقْضِي) مَا فَاتَهُ مِنْهُ زَمَنَ خُرُوجِهِ، (وَيُكَفِّرُ) كَفَّارَةَ يَمِينٍ، (لِفَوَاتِ الْمَحَلِّ) .
