(وَلَا تُسْتَعْمَلُ حُصْرُهُ وَقَنَادِيلُهُ) ، وَسَائِرُ مَا وُقِفَ لِمَصَالِحِهِ (فِي نَحْوِ عُرْسٍ وَتَعْزِيَةٍ) وَغَيْرِهَا، لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تُوقَفْ لِذَلِكَ.
