مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُبَاحُ غَلْقُ أَبْوَابِهِ فِي غَيْرِ وَقْتِ صَلَاةٍ صَوْنًا لَهُ) عَمَّا يُقْذِرُهُ. (وَ) يُبَاحُ (قَتْلُ قُمَّلٍ وَبَرَاغِيثَ بِهِ، وَلَا يَحْرُمُ إلْقَاؤُهُ فِيهِ لِطَهَارَتِهِ، خِلَافًا لَهُ) ، أَيْ: لِصَاحِبِ " الْإِقْنَاعِ " حَيْثُ حَرَّمَ إلْقَاءَهُ فِيهِ.
