مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) إحْرَامُ الْمُمَيِّزِ (بِلَا إذْنِهِ) ، أَيْ: وَلِيِّهِ (لَا يَصِحُّ) ، لِأَنَّهُ يُؤَدِّي إلَى لُزُومِ مَالٍ، فَلَمْ يَنْعَقِدْ بِنَفْسِهِ كَالْبَيْعِ.
