(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : أَنَّهُ (لَا يَصِحُّ رَمْيٌ) عَنْ صَغِيرٍ (مِنْ غَيْرِ وَلِيِّهِ) فِي مَالِهِ، كَالْأَبِ وَالْوَصِيِّ وَالْحَاكِمِ، كَمَا لَا يَصِحُّ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ الْإِحْرَامُ عَنْهُ، وَتَقَدَّمَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
