مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَكِنْ لَوْ فَعَلَ وَلِيُّهُ) ، أَيْ: الصَّغِيرِ أَوْ الْمَجْنُونِ، (بِهِ ذَلِكَ) ، أَيْ: اللُّبْسَ وَالتَّطَيُّبَ، (لِمَصْلَحَةٍ) كَأَنْ غَطَّى رَأْسَهُ لِبَرْدٍ أَوْ حَرٍّ، أَوْ طَيَّبَهُ لِمَرَضٍ، (أَوْ حَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ) لِأَذًى، (ف) كَفَّارَتُهُ (عَلَى وَلِيِّهِ) كَحَلْقِ رَأْسِ مُحْرِمٍ بِغَيْرِ إذْنِهِ.
