(وَمُشْتَرِي) الْقِنِّ (الْمُحْرِمِ كَبَائِعِهِ فِي تَحْلِيلِهِ) إنْ كَانَ أَحْرَمَ بِلَا إذْنٍ، (وَ) فِي (عَدَمِهِ) إنْ كَانَ أَحْرَمَ بِإِذْنٍ، لِقِيَامِ الْمُشْتَرِي مَقَامَ بَائِعِهِ،
