(بِرِدَّةٍ، وَتُشْتَرَطُ) الِاسْتِطَاعَةُ (لِوُجُوبِ) الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ (فَقَطْ) دُونَ إجْزَائِهِمَا، (وَهِيَ) ، أَيْ: الِاسْتِطَاعَةُ: (مِلْكُ زَادٍ يَحْتَاجُهُ فِي سَفَرِهِ) ذَهَابًا وَإِيَابًا مِنْ مَأْكُولٍ وَمَشْرُوبٍ وَكِسْوَةٍ، (وَ) مِلْكُ (وِعَائِهِ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ،
